Custom embroidery is too dang expensive! Last Updated: 02/13/2021 |
||
Just about every day we get calls from customers wanting a price quote on logo embroidery. Sometimes we earn their business, and sometimes we don’t. However, we see that as a good sign, since we do want to be competitively priced without sacrificing the quality of our work. Every now and again, we will get a call from a customer who, after receiving our quote, says something like, “Whoa, that is more expensive than I expected. I’ll just keep looking.” Our response is usually along the lines of “Well, we would love to work with you, so let us know if you change your mind.” It takes quite a bit of will power to hold back from saying, “Seriously?! You get what you pay for, and paying less gets you less!” You see, we have been offering custom embroidery and corporate logo apparel for many years and over the years we have run into very shoddy work. It isn’t uncommon to see corporate logo apparel that looks less than professional. Why does this happen? Because embroidery shops that have cheaper prices cut corners to offer those prices. We personally find this type of work offensive. As an experienced logo embroidery company, offering shoddy work simply isn’t the way we run our business. Instead of looking at our customers as a paycheck, we want to support their goals. We want them to look and be successful. We want them to come back to us for their next custom embroidery need. We want them to refer us to their family. Also, we understand that bad work gives a bad impression and hurts our brand. By extension it makes our clients’ brand look unprofessional. Our job is to protect their reputation, and by association, our reputation. Additionally, providing quality work is what we do best. We use the highest quality embroidery tools and materials to get the highest quality output. We even reject garments from our manufacturers that are poor quality and never hesitate to throw out a custom embroidery finished product that doesn’t meet our standards. And we never pass on the extra costs to our clients. Our job is to give them premium logo embroidery that fits their business. As a consumer, if you pay less, you can expect less from your embroidery company. It might not seem fair, but trust us, you want quality embroidery. Consider this when you make a decision on what company to choose for your corporate logo apparel.
